Today we fly through Mexico through its gastronomy, we visit places we have not been before, we discover the freshness of the seafood brought by the cold waters of the Pacific on the coast of Baja California, the flavor of the land of Michoacán, past culinary traditions from mouth to mouth from Oaxaca, the meat that melts palates from Sonora and Monterrey and the ancestral cuisine from Yucatan

Will be the one to narrate, guide and create the culinary adventure with delicious pairings. The setting is perfect, from the roof terrace of the Hotel B Unique, you can see the Caribbean sea, and behind it the sky, dressed in of oranges, violets, intense blues, pinks, purples, red life. The whole range of colours to remind us that it is time to live and experience.
A Sea of Flavors
Seven times paired with seven different cocktails. An explosion of colors and shapes, arranged and presented in detail. First we eat it with our eyes, we look at it like someone looking at a work of art, while the chef talks to us. They make you want to turn the plate, to go through all the lines of this ephemeral art.
